The EMG 60 humbucker is a popular choice for the neck position. This classic humbucker delivers balanced yet high-output sound framed by clearly present mids, strong basses and clear highs. Just like a mini-humbucker, the coils sit close together, which means you're also treated to rich harmonic overtones and long-lasting sustain. Meanwhile, the trebles pack more than enough clarity to clearly define individual notes, courtesy of the ceramic magnet. Like all EMG active pickups, installation is easy and doesn't require a soldering iron thanks to EMG's fuss-free solderless system.
