This is the Seymour Duncan Scourge Bridge Trembucker. This is a Mark Holcomb signature double-coil F-spaced bridge element based on an alnico 8 magnet, intended for 6-string electric guitars with a double locking tremolo bridge. Designed in collaboration with Periphery and Haunted Shores guitarist Mark Holcomb, this guitar element is optimised to work perfectly with high-gain amp modelling. Mark was looking for a bridge pickup that offers unmatched clarity in complicated chord progressions, is ideal for coil-split applications, and performs effortlessly when using low tunings. The Scourge has less output compared to its signature Omega for more clarity, tightness and all the definition to the notes you play. This gives you those powerful basses and tight mids that are essential to his signature modern guitar sound. The Scourge Trembucker is also perfectly tuned to work seamlessly with its Scarlet neck element, in both humbucker and single-coil configurations. Thanks to its 4-wire wiring, this pickup offers additional features, including coil-splitting and parallel coil connections.
