Thanks to the logarithmic design, this model is at its best when installed as a volume pot, while the short shaft means it can be comfortably mounted on a pickguard.

Please note: This potentiometer has a metric (coarse) shaft with 18 teeth (knurling) and is only compatible with metric pot covers. These pot covers can be found on models like those made in Japan, China, Korea and Indonesia. For American made pot covers, it's best to use potentiometers made by companies like Fender or CTS.
