General

Potentiometers wear out over time, causing a crackling sound when you touch the volume or tone controls of your guitar. Luckily, the CTS USA will put an end to this. The CTS500-A54 potentiometer has a long shaft, making it suited for guitars with a thick or arched body. Additionally, its 500-kOhm resistance is suitable for high-output pickups such as humbuckers. This pot meter has a logarithmic taper, making it a perfect volume control. Its 3/8-inch-diameter split shaft makes it suitable for virtually all screw-less control knobs.

Tips or comments about this product

Please note: this potentiometer features an American fine shaft with 24 teeth and is only suited for knobs on American guitars. Coarse knobs, such as you'll find on Asian guitars, won't fit properly.

Très bon produit, ça sent le solide.

Achèté pour changer le potard de volume dun resonator qui avait lâché.

Aucun souci, les soudures prennent très facilement, qualité bien supérieur à celui installé dorigine.
