The Positive Grid Spark CAB 2 Pearl is a powerful active FRFR speaker cabinet that expands your Spark amplifier into a full-fledged, stage-ready rig. Delivering 140 watts RMS and 400 watts peak power, this cabinet produces a clear, room-filling sound ideal for home practice, rehearsals, and live performances. The redesigned acoustics and upgraded signal path ensure exceptional detail, even at higher volumes. Thanks to its full-range response, the CAB 2 is also perfectly suited for modelers, floorboards, amp sims, effect pedals, and other devices with a line-level output.
Versatile Connectivity and Controls
The Spark CAB 2 Pearl features a dedicated 3.5 mm stereo input for Spark amplifiers, as well as two mono XLR/TRS combo inputs for other sound sources. The input selector lets you switch seamlessly between the Spark input and the combo inputs. A balanced XLR output allows you to send your signal directly to a PA system while using the cabinet as a personal monitor. Independent volume controls for the speaker and line-out offer separate level adjustment. The Contour switch adjusts the tonal balance at lower volumes, while the Ground Lift switch helps reduce unwanted hum and ground noise.
A Central Power Hub for Your Spark Setup
The Spark CAB 2 Pearl features a DC output to power the Positive Grid Spark 2 and Spark 40. Via its USB-C output, you can power and charge the Spark MINI, GO, and PEDAL. This same USB-C port is also used for firmware updates. The cabinet features a sturdy wooden construction with a classic tolex finish and woven fabric grille, finished in Pearl to perfectly match the Spark 2. Two recessed side handles make moving it easy, while the adjustable cable tie helps keep your instrument and audio cables neatly secured. Weighing 13.5 kg, this cabinet is ideal for a flexible setup at home or on the road.
