The Celestion Vintage 30 is one of Celestion's most famous guitar speakers. It has been known for years for its defined sound with powerful mids that effortlessly cut through any mix. Additionally, the Vintage 30 boasts tight bass and rich trebles. What's more, this 12-inch, 60-watt, 8-ohm speaker has a sensitivity of 100 dB, making it a lot louder than the average 60W speaker! The high-quality vintage sounds of the Vintage 30 are at their best when in a 4x12 speaker cabinet. We also offer the 16-ohm version.
Classic Series Vintage 30
When designing the Vintage 30, renowned speaker maker Celestion turned to their Blue as an example. The 15W Celestion Blue was the first real guitar speaker ever, and it was known for its vast dynamic range. The 60W Vintage 30 is made to handle even the more powerful amplifiers. The Vintage 30, together with the Classic Lead and the Greenback, is part of the popular Classic series, which comprises traditional, hand-built speakers that can handle a wide range of musical genres, from classic rock 'n roll to heavy metal.

This is close to the desired Celestion 'Blue' speakers but at around 1/3 the price. I put mine in a Blues Junior III and it takes the edge off of the Ice Pick clean sound without losing clarity. Great service and value from these guys.

Deze speaker is goed voor als je in een band speelt! Voor alleen thuis spelen zou ik een andere speaker kiezen. Deze speaker prikt zeer goed "door de mix"! Ik vind deze speaker nog het meest geschikt voor rock, hardrock en erger. Dan maakt het ook niet meer uit of deze speaker in een open of gesloten kast gaat. Echt "heel warm" kan ik deze speaker niet vinden, maar in een band heeft hij een prettige vorm van "agressie" waardoor hij altijd goed te horen is. Het laag zal dan ook nooit zompig worden.

Installé sur un Mesa boogie DC3 pour changer le hp qui avait 25 ans, alors au début le son est terne, après 4 heures de jeu à volume modéré (2 au master et 2 au général, c'est limite pour ne pas déranger les voisins ), le son commence à prendre de la brillance, les aigus et médiums sont bien défini, clairement c'est top, le rodage est terminé après 20 hrs je n'ai pas encore essayé avec le volume à 3, mais je suis entièrement satisfait, pas d'inquiétude à avoir.

ik gebruik deze speaker voor mijn mesa boogie mark iv en klinkt in mijn mening beter dan de legendarische blackshadow speaker (voor high gain geluiden)

zeer duidelijke en goed gedefineerde speaker werkt in elk gebied goed zonder erg hinderlijke pieken in het hoog het mid is zeer goed gedefineerd en het laag is duidelijk en niet sompig een zeer goede keus .

Deze v30 in mijn ht5r combo geinstalleerd. Ik kreeg gelijk meer headroom op het clean kanaal en meer response van de gain, mid bass en treble knobs. Produceert nu dus een hard brits rock geluid. Zeker aan te raden
