Shure's wireless microphone systems are renowned for their top-shelf quality and excellent usability. The QLXD2 - Beta58 is an UHF handheld wireless transmitter with a range of up to 100 yards. It is fitted with a Beta 58A capsule, which is very popular for its sublime tonal properties. Additionally, the capsule has a super-cardioid pickup pattern to eliminate feedback, and a wide frequency range. This handheld microphone transmitter can be used in combination with all the QLX-D wireless systems. Powered by just two AA batteries, you can use this handheld wireless microphone for up to nine hours. If you need even more juice, you can use the separately available SB900 lithium-ion battery.

Interchangeable microphone capsule

This microphone transmitter has a rugged metal construction and an LCD screen with an easy-to-navigate menu and clear controls. What's more, if you so desire, you can even replace the standard microphone capsule with the legendary SM58 capsule, for instance. Two AA batteries, a battery lid, microphone clip and user manual are also included with the QLXD2-Beta58.
