General
This is the H8E version (518-542 MHz) of the Shure P3TR in-ear monitoring system. The P3TR is a part of the Shure PSM 300 series and consists of a transmitter and a receiver - headphones are not included, so you don't pay for them when you already own customised earphones, for instance. This set contains several accessories, such as rack mounts, a power adapter, AA batteries and a BNC cable.
P3TR (H8E): reliable

Firstly, the product specialists at Shure have amassed years of experience when it comes to wireless transmission. Secondly, the digital, 24-bit processing ensures a crystal-clear sound, while the special Audio Reference Companding minimises static (among other things). Furthermore, this easy-to-use system has a range of 100 yards and you can choose between stereo or mixed mono. When in mixed-mono mode, you can, for instance, receive a separate signal for an instrument and vocals. The performer can fine-tune the balance between these two.
