EastWest's The Dark Side comes overflowing with eerie-sounding samples that have been created by adding distortion and other effects to various musical instruments. Since not everyone is a pro-level sound designer and we've all got deadlines, ready-made samples are a great solution for work that needs to be done yesterday. The Dark Side includes 40 gigabytes of material, nicely sorted into various categories. Feel free to come over.
