General
While it looks much like the Casio CT-S400 keyboard, the LK-S450 has been fitted with light-up keys to offer any beginner-pianist comprehensive, guided tuition. Simply select a built-in song and play each key as it lights up and at your own speed. While this keyboard is designed to serve as an educational tool, as you progress, a bank of 600 different sounds, 200 different beats, and 160 different songs can be explored, and once you've mastered each of them, you can even record your own compositions. A fully-fledged keyboard at a friendly price.
Features of the Casio LK-S450
Since Casio sees the value in being able to make music anywhere, the LK-S450 can be plugged in using the included power supply or powered by six AA batteries so it can literally be played anywhere; a handle has been integrated into the housing so it can also be comfortably carried anywhere; and small pins have even been fitted, so that a guitar strap can be secured for keytar-style playability, minus the neck. Meanwhile, the control panel has been left clean and clear and is finished with a large display screen for navigating the generous mountain of functions this keyboard has to offer.

Ik wilde gewoon een keyboard. Geen wereldtour, geen concertzaal. Gewoon iets om mijn vingers bezig te houden. Maar deze Casio? Die had andere plannen.
Vanaf de eerste noot voelde het goed. De klanken zijn verrassend vol en warm, en de ingebouwde ritmes maken oefenen ineens een stuk leuker. Het gewicht? Perfect om ‘m mee te nemen zonder dat je een sportabonnement nodig hebt.
Wat echt een extra dimensie geeft, zijn de lichtgevende toetsen. Of je nou een beginner bent of gewoon zonder nadenken mee wilt spelen, deze functie maakt leren bijna magisch. Je vingers volgen als vanzelf het ritme en voor je het weet speel je hele melodieën.
Is ‘ie perfect? Niet helemaal. De toetsen zijn niet aanslaggevoelig, dus je krijgt niet die subtiele dynamiek van een duurder model. Maar eerlijk? Daar denk je na een paar minuten niet eens meer over na.
Ik dacht dat ik gewoon even wat akkoorden zou proberen. Een uur later zat ik met een brede grijns ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ te rammen. Sorry buren, maar dit keyboard is té leuk om neer te leggen.

Fijn keyboard en gelukkig niet zo kolossaal, en overzichtelijk , niet te veel knopjes etc etc.
En geluid vind ik ook prima !! en wat ook leuk is, de Bluetooth aansluiting , heel handig en geen gedoe met snoertjes. Kortom ik ben heel blij met deze Casio. En snel in huis dankzij Bax Music.
