General

The CT-X5000 is the top model in Casio's CT-X series and is suitable for players of all levels. It features Casio's new AiX Sound Source technology that creates highly-realistic instrument sounds and there 800 to choose from. Pianos and electric pianos sound exactly how they should, wind instruments incorporate natural breath and vibrato into their sounds and you can even hear different bass techniques being used depending on how hard you press the keys! This versatile 61-note keyboard has two 15W amplifiers built-in and 100 DSP effects that a can be used to find the perfect sound. There are 260 rhythms on board too and everything is easy to control thanks to the well-designed operating panel. The keyboard is also equipped with a modulation wheel and USB port and it can be powered by the included adapter or by six AA batteries meaning you can play it almost anywhere.

Wat men ook over deze keyboard zegt....een geweldig instrument waar je echt geen yamaha, korg etc. voor hoeft aan te schaffen. Wat deze bied voor deze superprijs is op veel duurdere keyboards niet beschikbaar.
Het geluid en de klanken van de instrumenten komen heel dicht in de buurt van echte instrumenten.
De speakers geven een mooi ruimtelijk geluid.
De mogelijkheden zijn enorm, heb nog lang niet alles kunnen ontdekken maar wat ik al heb kunnen doen is top! Aan te raden voor ook gevorderde muzikanten.

Wat een geweldig keyboard. Zo blij met mijn keuze! Ik was huiverig omdat het Casio betrof, maar hun nieuwe engine is echt geweldig. Zeer mooie geluiden, hoewel met hier en daar een misser (wat alle merken keyboard hebben, eerlijk is eerlijk), een super fijn semi gewogen keyboard en krachtige luidsprekers.

Het enige nadeel vind ik het beeldscherm. Het werkt en alles heeft wel zijn plek, maar een meer modern schermpje met meer informatie en duidelijk te navigeren zou toch echt een verbetering zijn. Voor dit geld zijn er echter verder geen nadelen in mijn ogen en het keyboard is het zeker dubbel en dwars waard. Overigens ook een stuk beter dan de concurrentie, qua verhouding functionaliteit/bouwkwaliteit/prijs.

les sons sont pour la plupart très bons, en tous cas très jouables (mention spéciale pour les wurly et rhodes 60's). Les arrangement à quatres variations sont variés et très bien faits, sauf pour intros et endings, qui ne proposent qu'une seule option (en général de plusieurs mesures avec des changements d'accords et des motifs trop complexes). Le bk3, par exemple, proposait une fin par variation, avec toujours une fin très courte sur la première, c'est mieux qu'un interminable progression au cours de laquelle on ne peut qu'allumer une clope! Mais, au moins, sur le Casio, on peut refaire ses patterns! pas sur le Roland. accès aux fonctions assez intuitif. J'aurais aimé des touches avec leds (vertes/rouges) façon bk3 qui évitent de toujours avoir le nez sur les petites icones de l'afficheur. Amplification de très bon niveau (même si je m'en sers rarement).toucher, après accoutumance, assez agréable, en tous cas plus précis et ferme sans être lourd, et touches un peu plus longues que le bk 3. Le prix est très compétitif, surtout, qu'au vu de la qualité, on aurait été, il y a quelques années, face à un instrument de gamme nettement supérieure.le séquencer permet de faire de rapides maquettes, certaines fonctions sont un peu cachées dans des menus, mais c'est les cas de tous ces instruments.

En gros c'est un très bon choix, et le service Bax est rapide et réactif
