Als zendamateur met de call PA4URK ben ik een fervent gebruiker van vintage zendapparatuur met radiobuizen. Voor mijn Philips SFZ-395 zender uit begin jaren zestig van de vorige eeuw zocht ik een goede maar betaalbare studiomicrofoon. Mijn oog viel op deze Devine en daar heb ik zonder meer een prima keus mee gemaakt. Ik gebruik hem nu een aantal dagen en mijn tegenstations (die ook allemaal gebruik van oude apparatuur maken) zijn allemaal unaniem dat deze microfoon tot nog toe het beste kinkt. Dus ook voor onze toepassingen een uitstekende keus die de stem uitstekend weergeeft, ook onder omstandigheden die nèt even anders zijn dan bij de gemiddelde gebruiker van dit soort microfoons!

Nog niet echt intensief gebruikt dus echt een mening kan ik niet geven. maar met het even geprobeerd te hebben zo tussen neus en lippen door ben ik zeer tevreden. Doet wat ik ervan verwacht had en het ziet er ook nog eens lekker retro uit. Wie weet vervang de andere microfoon die ik heb wel met nog een zelfde.

Cleane mic voor een tedere stem. Neemt ook wat noise op, maar is niet wat weg te werken is met een gate. Neemt in tegenstelling tot mijn Shure 57-remake van Devine ook veel laag in mn stem op.

Ik was op zoek naar een goede condensator microfoon maar welke wel betaalbaar was. Ik zocht eerst binnen een budget van +- €150. Toen ik online de Devine M-Mic tegen kwam, was ik verbaasd over de kwaliteit. Toen kwam ik ook de PRO versie tegen voor een zeer mooi bedrag. Ik kon het niet laten deze uit te proberen voor dit geld.
Ik ben er ontzettend tevreden over. Het geheel wordt netjes geleverd in een koffer met hier in de microfoon, een klein statief (niet gebruikt), kwaliteits XLR kabel en de shockmount. Ik gebruik deze momenteel voor spraak tijdens streamen, Discord en voice-overs. Het geluid is echt heel goed, ik ben echt verbaasd. Heel erg blij mee dus en zeker advies als je budget niet heel hoog is!
