General
With the Framus Artist Line Shark Series WH-1, you can bring the signature power of Accept guitarist Wolf Hoffmann into your home – but in a left-handed version. This 6-string V-shape is built as a true performance machine: a mahogany body with a solid, flamed mahogany top, a set-neck construction and a WH-1 2D headstock featuring the Framus logo and Wolf Hoffmann’s signature. The Nirvana Black Transparent High Polish finish makes it as stylish as it is aggressive, ready for any stage.
Playing comfort down to the last detail
The neck is made from flamed maple with a comfortable C-shape and feels exceptionally smooth thanks to the Stinger lacquer and natural oil finish. The Tigerstripe ebony fingerboard features Mother of Pearl block pyramid inlays and fluorescent green Luminlay side dots, so you can find your position instantly, even in dark clubs. The 24 ‘small and high’ stainless steel frets are finished with Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT), with perfectly rounded fret ends for a smooth playing feel across the full 25.5-inch scale length.
Signature sound and stable hardware
In terms of sound, you’re spoilt for choice: a Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature single-coil in the neck position and a Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature humbucker at the bridge deliver both tight riffs and cutting leads. The MEC push/pull volume pot lets you switch the humbucker’s ‘Voice’, whilst the CRL 3-way switch provides quick pickup selection. The TonePros Tune-O-Matic T3BT-B bridge, Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL nut and Grover 502BC tuning machines ensure reliable tuning and sound transmission. Includes a premium 25 mm V-bag and accessories.
