The Keystep Pro in Flight

Many modular and other analogue synths have a sound that's almost impossible to emulate with software since it can't quite hit that sweet, 'gritty' spot. And while they can definitely deliver the grit, in terms of performance, boutique synths usually lag quite a way behind their software-based cousins. The KeyStep Pro seeks to bridge these gaps by providing analogue CV or MIDI ports so that connected gear can be controlled via a set of smooth and responsive performance features. Next to the highly expressive keyboard sits a multi-mode arpeggiator, a randomness function, and an easy-chord mode that supports one-note chord generation, while easy-record mode allows the instant recording of your chord progressions and melodies.
