General

Akai's MPD2 series offers a fitting model for any beat maker, producer or musician. The large MPD232 and medium MPD226 boast an impressive control section, but if you're not interested in that functionality - because you already have a perfectly good controller for that, for instance - this smaller model is a great alternative. Essentially, the Akai MPD218 USB/MIDI controller is a pad controller. Like its bigger counterparts, it's equipped with sixteen physical pads, amounting to a total of 48 programmable pads thanks to three banks. In a similar way, six knobs provide you with eighteen programmable controls.

Characteristics of the Akai MPD218

For a reasonable price, the MPD218 provides you with a quick and easy way of making beats. Ever since Akai released their popular MPCs to great acclaim, tabletop pad controllers have become the tool of choice for beat makers. As the MPD218 is quite compact, it can get all the power it needs via its USB port, making it perfect for mobile applications - ever a growing trend. Pack the pad controller and your laptop into a backpack, and you'll be able to serve up outstanding beats wherever you go.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Aanrader.

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller

Akai Professional MPD218 USB/MIDI Controller
