The Red Panda Radius is built up around an 8-quadrant multiplier algorithm for smooth transitions from ring modulation to frequency shifts with accurate pitch tracking and the backup of an advanced LFO. This super-versatile stompbox paves the way for complex harmonic structures, crystal-clear sound, metallic textures, frequency shifts, subtle tremolos and even life-packed phaser sound.

The Red Panda Radius: A Fresh Take on Ring Modulation

The Radius can merge two signals to create new frequencies that are either the sum of the input signal or the difference between it. These ratios can be doubled or matched at will, giving you access to fresh forms of ring modulation. One signal is your guitar or any other amplified instrument, while the other signal comes from the internal oscillator. Engage the left footswitch and play a note to tune the wave oscillator to the note and then you're free to play scales with full inspiration. Or you can plug in an expression pedal and make even more of this mind-and-sound-bending stompbox.
