Get carried away on waves of sound with the AURRAS Optical Vibraphase! This effect pedal from SolidGoldFX is a 2-stage asymmetrical phase shifter inspired by albums such as Band of Gypsys and the Dark Side of the Moon. Its dual LFO setup is powered by a microprocessor that offers precise control and limitless sonic flexibility. It also uses individually controlled opto-isolators that provide a brighter signal with minimal distortion, while at the same time isolating the audio path from possible LFO interference. The result is an effects pedal with a full analogue signal path and a wide range of vibrato and univibe sounds.

AURRAS Optical Vibraphase: two modes

The SolidGoldFX AURRAS has a mini-switch that lets you choose between two different modes. Frequency Offset adds rhythmic patterns by slowing down the second LFO, and Phase Offset refines the pulse by introducing asymmetry between the LFOs. In addition, you can use the built-in tap tempo footswitch, speed ramping and there is even a connection for a separately available expression pedal. Named after the goddess of sound, this powerful effects pedal is also a nod to its predecessor, the Athena Vibra-Phase.
