General

The age of hulking multi-effect units is already ebbing away with the dawn of the Mooer Prime P1. A mountain of effects and functions packed inside a sleek design, this effects unit and audio interface in-one fits comfortably in your back pocket. This hyper-compact unit provides a headphone output and a USB port that's not just used to recharge the P1 for up to 4.5 hours of cable-free operation, but to hook it up to an iOS or Android device to record ideas on the fly.

The Mooer Prime P1: MNRS Technology

At the moment of release, the Mooer Prime P1 supplies no less than 126 different guitar effects and 73 bass guitar effects - all based on Mooer's own MNRS technology - as well as 40 drum beats, a looper with a maximum looping time of 80 seconds, a handy tuner and a multi-setting metronome. Simply download the free Prime app for iOS or Android to access all of the options and functions on offer, where custom presets can be edited and saved, and up to four effects can be used at the same time. Once configured, your presets can be called up via the single clickable control knob which also doubles as the volume control, and to complete what has to be the ultimate rehearsal tool, the Prime P1 can be coupled to your phone, tablet, or laptop via Bluetooth to stream and playback audio so you can rehearse and jam along.

Wrote the following about Mooer Prime P1 Intelligent Pedal White Multi-Effect/Audio Interface

Excellent for the price! While it does feel a bit cheap, the battery life is pretty good and the interface easy to use after taking the time to explore it.
As a guitarist that never got too much gear, this is perfect to experiment with all kind of sounds and effects! I wish this way a thing 15 years ago when I started playing :) Don't listen to "purist" review claiming it sounds like sh*t: it's perfectly fine unless you are a sound engineer and/or guitar effect expert. Does it sound as good as the real gear? Probably not. Would 90% of the population hear a difference? Nope.
