It goes without saying that the speakers in Devine's Onyx series are versatile. Both the active and passive models offer plenty of possibilities, but if you're after speakers for a fixed installation, you should look at the passive versions. Read on to find out why.

Devine Onyx passive speakers: perfect for fixed installations!
In particular, the smaller 6 and 8-inch satellite speakers are ideal for fixed installations. That's because their modest dimensions make it easy to place them almost anywhere using the separately-available wall mounts. They're attractively-priced too which makes it easier to buy as many as you need without breaking the bank and that means you can make sure the sound is spread out perfectly in the area you want to use them in.
If you need more power, however, you should take a look at the larger passive speakers in the Onyx series. They work well in fixed installations too. In addition to the 6 and 8-inch models, there are 10, 12 and 15-inch passive speakers in Onyx series. As well as more power, they produce more prominent bass. That makes them perfect for venues like pubs, small clubs, restaurants and shops, for instance. Wall mounts are available for the larger speakers too.
If booming bass is particularly important to you, there are also passive 12, 15 and 18-inch subwoofers in the Onyx series. Add a crossover or speaker management system to your setup and you'll have absolutely everything you need.
