The Pro Series line-up includes a range of all-new Dinky models, including theDinky DKA, where the 'A' stands for the arched top of the solid okoume body and, due to popular demand, this model also features an ebony fretboard loaded with twenty-four stainless-steel frets. These frets aren't just ultra-durable, but lower the resistance to support a lighter feel under the fret-hand. Meanwhile, the DK Modern takes things a bit further than the Dinky, spoiling progressive metal guitarists with the hard choice between seven-string models, multi-scale models with fanned frets, or even models loaded with an innovative EverTune bridge that never drops tune.

Jackson is already known for delivering unadulterated shredding machines, but with the Pro Plus Soloist SLA3, they drop a surprisingly versatile sonic plank. For a start, this model features an HSS pickup configuration, where a direct-mount Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6 at the bridge lays down a powerful foundation and two Seymour Duncan Custom Flat Strat SSL-6 single-coils in the middle and at the neck positions complete the extensive tonal palette.
