The PRX415M by JBL is a high-quality speaker slash floor monitor that is capable of high volumes and pleasantly clear trebles. Its 15-inch woofer is powerful enough to employ the 415M as a full-range speaker for live music and vocal performances, for instance. But don't let that deter you from combining it with a subwoofer (the PRX418S, for example) to really get the ground to shake in any pub, club or theatre.

The PRX-415M is made up of high-quality components that work together to produce an amazingly clear sound. What's more, this speaker is able to go on at high volumes for hours on end - something that JBL proved with their most daunting test: 100 hour of excruciatingly high volumes pumped through the entire 400 series. Simply connect the 415M to an amplifier or powered mixer and almost literally blow your audience away.

Multifunctional

Thanks to its clever design, the PRX 415M is also a perfect floor monitor. When you use it as a full-range speaker however, you can direct it forward or slightly downward at an angle of 10 degrees so it is better-aimed at your audience for improved treble projection. Moreover, you can always opt to fly it thanks to its 12 M10 fly points.

The rugged PRX-415M

You don't have to worry about moving or transporting this speaker, as its high-quality housing is made of 18mm thick wood, and features scratch-proof splatter lacquer as well as a thick screened grill to protect the woofer and tweeter. JBL proved that these protective features do more than just look impressive in a specs sheet by subjecting the 400 series speakers to even more tests. They were exposed to violent conditions such as extreme temperature changes, humidity levels and roadie abuse.

All in all, the PRX 415M is a highly reliable 15-inch speaker by the renowned JBL company, with an amazing sound.
