Peavey's PV 215 is a passive speaker with some nice specifications. Namely, we are talking about a three-way system consisting of two 15-inch woofers and a 1.4-inch high driver. The latter with a dispersion of 60 by 40 degrees. What is remarkable about the woofers is that they are equipped with a 2.375-inch voice coil, which means that high power handling is a fact. A crossover ensures that each driver is supplied with the right frequencies, which means that this speaker always performs optimally. RMS power is 700 watts and peak power as high as 1400 watts. To increase manageability and deployment, Peavey opted for a lightweight but strong trapezoidal enclosure, and at the front a metal grill takes care of protection. The handles are steel and so are the corners.
