The Seymour Duncan SH-2b Jazz Bridge Humbucker with gold cover is designed for guitarists seeking an articulate, clear tone with a pleasantly brilliant character. This humbucker delivers a medium-high output and is perfect for fast licks where every detail remains intact. Thanks to the Alnico V magnet, dual-coil design and wax potting, you get not only a balanced sound but also reliable feedback resistance. In the bridge position, it also produces slightly less output than the classic ’59 model, resulting in a tight definition of the highs. It’s not just jazz guitarists who benefit from this, as it’s equally at home in country, blues, funk and even classic or heavy rock.
