With the Everse 8, Electro-Voice introduce their first battery-powered speaker - a powerful and portable bit of kit that draws on decades of expertise and the latest innovations to guarantee superb wireless sound, whether it's deployed for live performances, vocal amplification or music playback. Aimed at musicians and DJs as well as gear rental companies, sports instructors and casual listeners, the Everse 8 can be wirelessly coupled with a second Everse 8 as needed.

Real Pro Audio Performance

The Everse 8 is nothing like those little Bluetooth speakers that you bring to the beach. It's a fully-fledged, full-range speaker armed with an 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch Neodymium tweeter for a seriously impressive maximum sound pressure level of 121dB. Backed up by 400 Watts of power and a wide 100° x 100° dispersion, this Electro-Voice offering effortlessly reaches a big audience and has been thoroughly put to the test to make sure it's actually able to handle life on stage and the rough-and-tumble of the road.

Splash-Proof, Lightweight and Compact

Boasting an IP43 certification, the Electro-Voice Everse 8 doesn't need to be dragged inside as soon as it starts drizzling. It's splash-proof when run on the built-in battery and comes fitted with rubber feet so it can't shift, while at the same time, the Everse 8 is satisfyingly lightweight and easy to transport. If you want to treat it to an extra layer of protection, be sure to pick up the matching rain cover or gig bag on the side (neither comes included).
