The RME Octamic is an 8-channel microphone preamp with a USB port so you can send your audio directly to your computer or tablet. The built-in converters play an important role in the 192 kHz/24-bit resolution. Since it's MADI compatible, the Octamic XTC is also useful for large scale projects, even without a computer.
