The Shure MicroFlex series is renowned for its usability in professional applications where these mics are mainly used, and the same goes for the MX153B/O of course! This headset unit is also ideal for musicals, presentations and TV recordings, however!

Shure MX153: pickup pattern and connection

The Shure MX153T/O is a headset mic with an omnidirectional pickup pattern. All sound that comes near the microphone is picked up and wirelessly transmitted, via a TQG connector, which is used in all Shure wireless microphone systems. You can easily use the MX153 wirelessly, therefore!

Shure MX153: all colours of the rainbow!

Well, not really... but it does come in black, cacao and tan (light skin colour). By selecting the right colour, you can make this headset mic nearly invisible (which it already is thanks to its compact design)!
