De VPL-DX15 beamer is ontworpen om een compacte en draagbare projector te zijn, die gemakkelijk te gebruiken is, maar ook een scala aan innovatieve functies herbergt, zoals ingebouwde draadloze connectiviteit, een USB bestandsviewer en de mogelijkheid om video te streamen. Deze projector maakt gebruik van Sony's BrightEra paneeltechnologie, waardoor u een gekleurde lichtoutput krijgt van 3.000 ansilumen, en een uitstekende beeldkwaliteit op een XGA resolutie. Hierdoor kunt u professionele presentaties neerzetten in vrijwel elke omgeving.

De projector is zeer gemakkelijk mee te nemen, aangezien hij slechts 2,2 kilo weegt, en kleiner is dan een A4 papiertje. Dit betekent dat hij ideaal is in gebruik in kleine tot middelgrote presentatiekamers, waaronder vergaderzalen en klaslokalen.
