Dropped from the future, the Sony C-80 large-diaphragm condenser microphone boasts low noise and a high output so it's able to capture the smallest details, while the dual-diaphragm design ensures consistent sound, no matter how close the mike is set up to your source. Expect the powerful and rich mid-range needed to produce life-packed and lifelike recordings courtesy of the Sony C-800G and C-100 style construction, and if you need a little more headroom to work with, a -10dB pad has been included as well as a high-pass filter. The Sony C-80 also comes complete with a shockmount and case.
