You can even accurately adjust the stereo width so the mid microphone captures the direct sound while the side microphone gives you an extra-wide stereo image — perfect for hyper-focussed recording with or without ambient sounds, even post-recording if you're recording RAW files. The Zoom SSH-6e also features the brand's Capsule System 3.0, supporting 32-bit float recording, and comes complete with a WSU-2 Hairy Windscreen for minimum wind noise when recording outside.
