The Electro-Harmonix Oceans Abyss takes the concept of reverb to a whole new level. With two fully independent reverb engines - each programmable and stereo - you effortlessly create an immersive sound experience. Choose from Hall, Spring, Shimmer and more, among others, and combine these reverbs with additional effects such as Delay, Chorus, Tremolo or even a Bit Crusher. Thanks to the flexible signal path, you put together your ideal effects chain yourself, perfect for musicians who want to push boundaries.

Oceans Abyss: up to eight effect blocks

Based on Electro-Harmonix's legendary reverb know-how - think the iconic Holy Grail - the Oceans Abyss offers unprecedented creative freedom. You can deploy up to eight effect blocks, including reverb, modulation, delay, EQ, saturation and volume control. Whether you're looking for a simple Spring reverb or an expansive stereo landscape with Hall and Shimmer reverbs, Chorus and Tape Delay, this powerful effect processor adapts completely to your style. From surf to shoegaze at the touch of a button.

Easy to use

Operation is intuitive thanks to a bright OLED display with various visual representations of your signal path and settings. The Expression or CV input lets you dynamically control almost any parameter, while stereo inputs and outputs as well as an FX Loop allow full integration with your studio or live setup. Store up to 128 presets, and control them via footswitch or MIDI. Thanks to USB-C, you can easily connect to Mac or PC and manage your presets and settings via the free EHXport™ app. The Oceans Abyss is the creative heart of your pedalboard.
