The Samson VR88 Velocity Ribbon microphone is ideal for recording soft, delicate sounds. It is suitable for studio and live applications. The neodymium magnets, bidirectional pickup pattern and FET amplifier ensure an optimal performance.
VR88: sublime sound recording
Thanks to its powerful neodymium magnets, the VR88 ensures a very clear response. Add a bidirectional pickup pattern and a FET amplifier, and you can use this microphone with nearly any microphone preamp. As it has a maximum SPL of no less than 134 dB, this microphone can pick up vocals, the sound of acoustic instruments and even electric guitars.
