Paiste's 2002 cymbals

Whole generations of rock drummers have grown up with the Paiste 2002 cymbals. Introduced in 1971, these cymbals are made of B8 bronze (CuSn8). The Paiste 2002 series was the first pro series to use this high-quality bronze alloy, which is now sometimes referred to as '2002 Bronze'. Paiste 2002 20" ride cymbal

Die goede oude 2002 bekkens.. ze blijven een lust voor het oor. Vooral geschikt voor de wat stevigere muziek zoals rock en hardrock. Maar toch is dit bekken verrassend veelzijdig. Mooie heldere klank die goed blend met een rockgitaar. De 2002 serie loopt al héél lang en dat ie nog steeds verkrijgbaar is zegt waarschijnlijk al genoeg. Ik gebruikte deze ride al in de jaren 80! De bel is vergeleken veel moderne rockbekkens wat klein maar wel helder en duidelijk hoorbaar. Maar waar deze ride het vooral van moet hebben is het prachtige ritmegeluid van het blad. Heerlijk!
