The Paiste 2002 17-inch crash is an almost perfect addition to the classic rock drum set. Its full, bright rock sounds will more than satisfy many a serious drummer. The professional Paiste 2002 17-inch crash is part of the highly popular 2002 series for a reason! Also for other genres, such as country, metal and funk, this versatile, balanced and responsive cymbal is very useful. And it does an excellent job both live and in the studio.

Paiste's 2002 cymbals

Whole generations of rock drummers have grown up with Paiste's 2002 cymbals. Introduced in 1971, these cymbals are made of B8 bronze (CuSn8 Bronze). The Paiste 2002 was the first pro series to use this high-quality alloy. B8 is therefore also known as '2002 Bronze'. The cymbals produce typical classic rock sounds, but are also suitable for various other styles. The sound is sparkling, transparent, warm and strong.
