Combined with an active 18V preamp, the PJ pickup configuration allows for a very wide palette. Furthermore, you can switch between active and passive modes using a two-way switch, while the pan knob adjusts the balance between the Elite Precision split-coil in the middle position, and the 4th Generation Noiseless single-coil at the bridge. What's more, besides the traditional volume controls, the American Elite Precision Bass Ash MN even features a built-in 3-band equalizer. Finally, it also comes with a case, a guitar strap and a cable.
American Elite Precision Bass Ash MN: compound radius and ash body
On the comfortably lightweight and richly resonant ash P-style body, you'll find a solid Fender 4-saddle HiMass Vintage bridge, which allows for longer sustain and exquisite intonation. The same focus on quality is also evident in the American Elite's compound neck, with a profile that changes from a modern C to a D, and a fretboard with a 9.5 - 14" radius. Moreover, the maple neck features a satin finish, and combined with the maple fretboard, it adds some punch and comfort to the Precision Bass's already excellent playing experience.
