This Fender American Original '70s Jazz Bass is sure to inject groove into your sound! An original '70s vintage bass will set you back quite a bit these days but this version of the classic solid-body model gives you all of the same essential features at a fraction of the cost.
American Original ‘70s Jazz Bass: Authentic Look, Feel and Sound
On looks alone, this Fender bass simply oozes '70s style. For starters, the maple fretboard has pearloid position inlays set into a narrower 1975, U profile neck for a high level of playing comfort. The body is made of ash and produces a firm bass tone with clear trebles that are accurately delivered to your amplifier by two Fender Pure Vintage '75 single-coil pickups fitted with Alnico 5 magnets. All of this, in combination with the two volume and single tone controls, gives you authentic vintage bass sounds.
