As part of their Japan Exclusive series, Fender releases the Classic '60s Jazz Bass RW in three CIJ colours. This particular electric solid-body bass guitar, for instance, boasts a luscious Ocean Turquoise Metallic high-gloss lacquer finish, and combines the legendary amplified Fender sound with the classic feel of a sixties J Bass's slim C profile neck with a 7.25" fretboard radius. A vintage-style Fender bridge with four bridge saddles allows for accurate intonation.

This Jazz Bass's rosewood fretboard is attached to a maple neck, which in turn is bolted onto a basswood body by means of four screws. This construction provides the sixties Fender bass guitar with a full, balanced core sound with well-toned mids and a creamy, rounded punch in the trebles. A set of vintage-style Fender Jazz Bass single-coil pickups ensures that the harmonic overtones and mid range are clearly audible. Finally, two tone knobs and a master volume knob give you full control over the timeless output of this metallic solid-body J Bass.
