Ideal for jazz, pop, funk and Latin - the Plasticover reeds from D'Addario Woodwinds. Thanks to a thin plastic coating, these reeds are much less susceptible to weather conditions. The coating also ensures a clear sound with quite a bit of projection. All these properties make them very pleasant reeds to use when playing outdoors. These Plasticover reeds are suitable for alto saxophone and have a strength of 1.0 - ideal for the real beginner.
