This hollow-body guitar from the popular Electromatic series combines a stylish Sunburst design with the sparkle of twelve strings and that characteristic Gretsch twang. Two special Black Top Filter'Tron pickups add a great edge to the feisty sound of the G5422DC-12.

Like any 12-string guitar, the G5422-DC12 produces a pleasantly rich sound, which receives an additional boost from the guitar's two Filter'Trons. These pickups offer a high output and produce a round, clear sound with a tasty edge. They are particularly suited for music genres such as jazz, country and rock 'n' roll, providing pleasantly warm as well as feisty sharp sounds, or even a delectable distortion once you turn up the gain.
Special features
The body, the graceful f-shaped sound holes and the maple neck of the Gretsch G5422 DC 12 are fitted with elegant bindings. Tasteful chrome-plated hardware and a silver-coloured pickguard adorn the Sunburst body of the guitar, and the rosewood fingerboard is fitted with hump block position markers. An Adjusto-Matic bridge allows for accurate intonation and a double cutaway enables you to effortlessly reach the highest frets.

Het geluid kreeg ik niet helemaal naar mijn zin wat ik opgelost heb met een Fender compressor, nu is het top.
Het loont de moeite om rond te kijken voor de laagste prijs want de prijs die aangegeven staat heb ik er niet voor gegeven. Laagsteprijsgarantie werkt echt bij Bax !!
Gevaarlijk is het om bij Bax in de winkel rond te lopen want je bent altijd meer tijd kwijt dan eigenlijk de bedoeling is, er is zoveel moois te zien.
Deze keer hoefde ik niet zo lang te wachten tot mijn spullen uit het magazijn tevoorschijn kwamen, dat wachten is vaak wel een minpunt daarom geen 5 sterretjes voor Bax. Ik ben wel blij dat ik bij ze in de buurt woon.
