General

The Guild A-150 Savoy is a reissue of the popular classic guitar of the same name from the '50s and '60s. A total of eight Guild classics have been handcrafted, modernised, and stamped with the name Newark St. Collection. To begin with, you'll find a solid spruce archtop with a maple body and a sunburst finish. The A-150 Savoy is additionally mounted with a beautiful Guild Harp tailpiece and a classy black pickguard.

A-150 Savoy: A Blast From the Past

The DeArmond 1000 floating pickup gives this guitar that true '50s and '60s feel. This pickup is uniquely mounted to the neck instead of the body and produces a unique timbre when combined with the spruce top. Of course, the pure looks of the guitar are bound to trigger some nostalgia: A multi-coloured sunburst finish and aged mother-of-pearl inlays are only a few examples of details that work to give this Guild guitar a truly classic look. This beautiful nod to the past is sure to be welcomed by ambitious guitarists with open arms.
