Please note:

  • The available couriers depend on the dimensions and weight of your order. You will automatically see the delivery options during checkout.
  • For some postcode areas, delivery times may vary depending on the courier. We can therefore only confirm the final delivery time once you have entered your delivery address.
  • We are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 2 - 3 Working Days (when ordered before 3pm). 
  • We offer free shipping on most orders over £50.
  • For most orders under £50, a shipping fee of £4.95 will apply

Delivery to a Post Office (Parcelforce)

Instead of having your parcel delivered to your home by Parcelforce, you can also have it sent to a Post Office. The costs are the same. During checkout, you will automatically see if this option is available.

How does it work?

Select Post Office Pickup under the 'Delivery' step at checkout and choose a Post Office near you. You can also enter a different postcode.

Can I have any order delivered to a Post Office?

Most orders, yes. Exceptions include orders that are longer than 150 cm, heavier than 30 kg, or have a girth of more than 280 cm.

Is it possible to choose a delivery date?

No, unfortunately not. For orders in stock, the standard delivery time applies: “Ordered before 4:30 PM, delivered in 2 to 3 working days.” You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

When can I collect my order?

Always wait until you have received a notification that your order is ready for collection at the Post Office. Please check the opening times of the Post Office before you visit.

What do I need to keep in mind?

Bring a valid ID when you collect your parcel. Also, please be aware that the Post Office will keep your parcel for 18 days. After that, it will be returned to Bax Music.

As soon as your order has been packed and prepared, we’ll send you an email including the Track & Trace information for your package.

If your Track & Trace code isn’t active yet, it just means the package is waiting to be collected and scanned in by the courier. Please wait a little while and check again later.

See Your Delivery Status in Your Account

If you have a Bax Music account then you can log in at the top of the home page, click on your name, then click on Order History in the drop down menu. Here you can select the order you want to check, then scroll down the page to see the Track & Trace code. Click on the code to track your order.

If you miss the courier, a note will be left letting you know when they’ll try again or that the package has been left with your neighbour.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, our couriers can occasionally suffer delays.
