Evans' ST snare drumhead is characterised by a fat sound full of precision. This double-layer head consists of two layers with a thickness of 7.5 mil. The sound of this skin stands out because the entire spectrum of sounds comes into its own, from low to high. In addition, it is a durable sheet that can be varied a lot in terms of dynamics. The Dry versions are equipped with holes to muffle unwanted overtones and keep the sustain controlled.

• In mid-2019, Evans changed the logo on the sheets. It used to have 'Level 360' on it, which is no longer the case with the new sheets. The sheets with 'Level 360' on them are still in circulation, so you might receive one with or without that text. Otherwise, the sheet is completely the same. All sheets are still delivered in the old box, which will also be replaced at the end of 2019.
