Finished with a newly developed UV coating, Evans UV1 drumhead last longer, boast consistent tuning and are the perfect partner for brushes. This single-ply head is 10 mil thick and supports an open sound that's packed with sustain and tone. This is the 14 inch edition.

Tips or comments about this product

Please note: Evans changed the logo on the drumhead in the middle of 2019. Up until then, 'Level 360' was also printed on the surface. You may receive a drumhead with or without the updated logo, but apart from that they're exactly the same. The box was also updated at the end of 2019.

Mijn standaard vel al vele jaren. Makkelijk te stemmen in funky hoog en vet laag. Onverwoestbaar en door de lange levensduur uiteindelijk heel voordelig.

Een uitstekend vel voor de snare drum. Gaat uitzonderlijk lang mee en geeft een mooie droge sound.

Dit vel is mijn nieuwe 'Standaard-vel' voor de snare. Voor de toms gebruik ik UV2. Het voelt solide en duurzaam aan. Na het stemmen ervaar ik deze vellen als 'vol' en 'rijk' met precies de juiste hoeveelheid sustain (niet te droog, wel een mooie toon). Voorheen gebruikte ik coated ambassador, maar daarvan slijt de korrelige structuur volgens mij een stuk sneller. Erg tevreden met dit vel, het is ook makkelijker laag te stemmen dan veel andere vellen.

Aspect un peu "cheap" à première vue, mais toucher hyper agréable. Accordage facile. De belles harmoniques mais sans trop, cest juste parfait, je n'ai pas remis de moongel comme sur mon ambassador. Sablage très fin, mais finalement parfait. De la chaleur, de la précision dans les ghosts notes, un régal... bref bluffant. Avec une durée de vie énorme apparemment. Après plusieurs heures de caisse claire, aucune trace (contrairement aux ambassador qui sont marquées tout de suite)
