Product information

General

A very musical and versatile snare drum, this PDP Concept Series Brushed Copper Snare is made of a 1.2 mm thick copper shell, which is also brushed for a nice matte finish. The snare has several functions per tuning: for instance, in the low tuning you have a thick, fat snare without many overtones. A medium tuning brings out slightly more overtones without compromising on projection and the high tuning makes the snare very snappy with short sustain, with a nice round ring. This makes the snare very suitable for funk, fusion, rock and pop music styles. The snare has a diameter of 14 inches, a depth of 8 inches and features DW kettle hardware.
