The Electro-Voice Evolve 30M: Clarity and Rich Details Wherever You Are
The Evolve 30M caters perfectly to solo musicians, small bands and mobile entertainers and while the system packs serious horsepower, it truly shines when you're in need of clarity, rich details and intelligibility. On board, you'll find a 1000-Watt Class D amplifier, an 8-channel digital mixer with ample inputs, high-quality preamps, effects and phantom power, as well as Bluetooth for streaming music to your mixer in between sets.
QuickSmart DSP Control Via Any Smart Device
Naturally, the Evolve 30M is fitted with a QuickSmart DSP. This technology offers intuitive navigation and adjusting of the settings of the mixer and comes accompanied by a specially-designed app for mobile devices, meaning you can control the entire system from afar, no matter whether that's the back of the room or from behind your microphone. Electro-Voice has loaded in a number of presets and have left space for five custom user presets, making the Evolve 30M modularly practical and, should you ever want to expand your set-up with additional Electro-Voice speakers for a little extra power, QuickSmart holds the optimal settings for any and all possible configurations.

Onlangs een tweede set aangekocht bij Bax-Music. Vervolgens aangesloten op de eerste set, die ik al een tijdje had.
Super stereo geluid, heerlijk om allerlei genres muziek te beluistern. van pop, techno tot klassiek; krachtig en een zeer goede geluidskwaliteit. Eveneens het uit versterken van een elektrische gitaar gaat super.. Ik speel een DÁngelico DeLuxe en via een Boss Katana Air naar input 5/6 van de Electro-Voice Evolve 30M. Genieten ! ! !

Blij met de aankoop. Voldoet geheel aan mijn verwachtingen. Gemakkelijk in gebruik zowel bediening als ook het opbouwen en meenemen naar locaties elders. Formidabele geluidskwaliteit, bijna magisch goed te noemen. De verstaanbaarheid, mijn vrouw is onder meer uitvaartspreekster, is heel goed ook voor mensen die iets verder weg staan. Het verbaasde mij ook hoe goed mijn akoestische gitaar (Taylor) doorklinkt.
Thuis goed te gebruiken als radio of bij het luisteren naar steamingsdiensten.
Goede prijs-prestatie verhouding.
Nogmaals, heel blij met de aankoop.

Een hoogwaardige speaker die meer in zijn mars heeft dan dat hij doet voermoeden. Hoog, laag, luid, stil
Hij kan het allemaal, zonder enige twijfel een uitermate polyvalente speaker. Bijzondere aandacht moet besteed worden aan de kwaliteit van de behuizing. De behuizing is sterk en afgewerkt met oog voor detail. De witte look geeft het een andere uitstraling dan het zwarte alternatief. Door zijn compacte omvang en zijn licht gewicht is hij makkelijk te vervoeren of verplaatsen. De app die bij de speaker hoort maakt dat je van op een afstand wijzigingen kan maken aan de instellingen. Als je nog geen ervaring hebt met een soortgelijke app raad ik je ten sterkste aan om het eens te proberen! In conclusie: een goede speaker van hoge kwaliteit.

Dit PA-systeem is zeer gemakkelijk in gebruik. Doordat hij zo intuïtief is, heb je onmiddellijk door hoe je er mee moet werken. Je kan eenvoudig het geluid aanpassen waardoor hij een zeer brede waaier aan muziekgenres goed kan afspelen. Voor rap en hiphop kan je bijvoorbeeld de lage tonen meer naar voren brengen en onmiddellijk daarna kan je naar klassieke muziek luisteren en hem een meer gebalanceerd geluid laten produceren waarin de hoge en midden tonen ook goed tot hun recht komen. Hij is niet echt ontworpen voor thuisgebruik, maar hij past toch goed in mijn interieur en het is een heel goeie vervanger voor een klassieke huiselijke muziekinstallatie.

Met dit PA-systeem heb je alles in één keer. Vroeger werkte ik met aparte speakers voor de hoge en middel tonen, en een subwoofer voor de lage. Dit was soms wat omslachtig om op te stellen. Daarom dat ik nu voor dit volledige PA-systeem ben gegaan. Je hebt alle speakers in één configuratie en je kan het gemakkelijk opbouwen. Het klinkt zeer mooi en zuiver en kan een hele reeks van muziekgenres goed weergeven. Je kan bijvoorbeeld perfect eerst naar hiphop met veel bas luisteren, en daarna kan je de bas iets minder zetten en naar rock luisteren. Het geluid is dus zeer goed af te stellen en zo zal iedereen wel een setting vinden die hem bevalt. Mij bevalt het zeker.

De Evolve 30M is een absolute topper als speaker en kan iedereens wensen vervullen. Het design is fantastisch en is afgewerkt tot in de perfectie. Niet alleen is hij mooi om naar te kijken; maar daarnaast is hij ook zeer functioneel. Door de hoek waarin de speakers geplaatst zijn, is het gebied waarin het geluid terecht komt zeer groot. Het geluid is verder ook zeer aangenaam en even kwalitatief verder van de speaker zowel als heel dichtbij. De app maakt het makkelijk om aanpassingen te maken van waar dan ook. Zo kan je zelf tijdens de soundchecks van op een afstand het geluid ervaren en aanpassingen maken indien nodig. Het vervoer en de installatie verloopt zeer vlot en vormt geen moeilijkheden.

Deze Electro-Voice Evolve mobiele column lijkt klein en niet krachtig genoeg. Maar niets is minder waar! Deze column is klein maar zeker krachtig genoeg om een gehele zaal mee te vullen. Samen met de box waar de column wordt in geplaatst is deze combinatie ideaal als je veel op verplaatsing moet spelen. Tevens is de installatie zeer makkelijk.
Ik zou wel aanraden om nog extra beschermingshoezen aan te schaffen, zodat de column niet beschadigd geraakt. Zeker met zijn witte kleuren zijn schrammetjes of krasjes snel gemaakt.
Ook als nadeel is de prijs, het is een dure column. Desalniettemin heb je er wel jaren lang muziek plezier van!

Dit PA-systeem is precies wat ik wou en nodig had. Hij is mooi, licht, makkelijk in gebruik en klinkt nog goed ook. Het geluid is beter dan wat ik had verwacht van speakers van deze omvang. Ook de bas is veel krachtiger dan wat je zou verwachten van zo’n compacte unit. Hij is ook enorm veelzijdig. Gewone muziek klinkt fantastisch door deze speakers, maar ook als versterker van zowel akoestische als elektrische gitaar is hij zeker niet slecht. Hij heeft meerder ingangen waardoor je dus gewoon je gitaar, backing track en microfoon allemaal tegelijk kunt aansluiten en onmiddellijk kunt beginnen spelen. Een kleine band heeft dus niet meer nodig dan dit.

Deze column van Electro-Voice Evolve levert top kwaliteit. De muziek komt er exact uit hoe je het wil hebben klinken. De geluiden zijn helder en de bassen blazen je omver! Je kan er een zeker een hele zaal mee vullen.
De column is licht en makkelijk op te zetten. De instellingen wijzen zichzelf uit. Dus een ideaal systeem voor artiesten die veel onderweg zijn en veel spelen op verschillende locaties.
Het systeem is best wel een investering en daarom is het aan te raden om een draagtast hierbij aan te schaffen.
Al bij al is het een hele goede investering geweest. Zeker in combinatie met de andere boxen en versterkers van Electro Voice.

De speakers zijn over het gehele bereik helder van geluid, met een diepe bas. Een aparte subwoofer is dus zeker niet noodzakelijk. Ik heb hem al in verschillende kleine zaaltjes gebruikt en daar is hij perfect voor. Hij kan zeker luid genoeg zodat je ook achter in de zaal de muziek helder hoort. Doordat hij zo licht en compact is kan je hem heel makkelijk meenemen en ter plaatse monteren. Het enige nadeel is dat je de paal waarop de speakers gemonteerd zijn niet korter kan maken. Voor optredens staan de speakers op de ideale hoogte, maar waneer je hem thuis gebruikt zouden ze iets lager mogen staan. Deze optie is er jammer genoeg niet aangezien je verplicht bent de beide stukken van de paal te gebruiken. Qua geluidskwaliteit heb ik echter geen enkele klacht.
