General
The Shure AF96F matching transformer allows you to connect XLR microphones to equipment that uses a 3.5mm jack input, such as computers and recorders. The transformer attenuates the microphone's original signal and balances it, keeping interference to a minimum. It's able to modify the signal of a microphone with a 150-ohm impedance, and it's fitted with a female XLR connector on one side and a 3.5mm phono plug on the other side, with a 60cm cable in between.
