Great microphone, especially for female voices. I used a SM58 for a long time but was disappointed in the muddy bass-heavy sound. The 58a is so much clearer and still has the excellent build quality that the 58 is known for. Love it!

Redelijke prijs voor een hele goede mic. Hij kwam op tijd aan en alles werkt helemaal toppie. Ook zeker wanneer je twijfelt tussen een normale sm 58 en deze, raad ik je aan om deze te nemen wanneer je zangeres bent.

Op advies van een geluidstechnicus heb ik deze Shure Beta 58a aangeschaft. Deze microfoon geeft een mooi duidelijk en helder geluid. Bovendien is de microfoon van stevig materiaal dat tegen een stootje kan. De levering was op tijd en goed verpakt.

Ben samen met mijn dochter bij Bax-shop in Goes een aantal microfoons gaan testen want een microfoon is heel persoonlijk en klinkt anders afhankelijk van de stem die er door zingt.
Na verschillende modellen te hebben getest zijn we uiteindelijk uitgekomen bij de Shure Beta 58a. Die klinkt net wat beter voor haar stem dan de concurrent van Sennheizer.
Heel handig dat je bij Bax een aparte ruimte hebt om dit te kunnen testen.
