This is the 12-inch brilliant splash from Zildjian's popular A Custom series. This small cymbal has a relatively short sustain and produces a short, crash-like effect.
Tips or comments about this product- especially with a small splash cymbal, it is important to use proper technique and not to hit it too hard. A cymbal can only deal with so much vibration. The bigger the cymbal, the more vibration it can handle. If you hit it too hard, there is a chance that it'll start to crack from the edge or the centre hole. This is not covered in the warranty for this product. Cracks that form around the bell do fall under the warranty.
