Korg's SV-1 MR-88 stage piano specialises in recreating classic sounds including acoustic pianos, electric pianos, clavinets and organs. This expressive digital piano has a full-size piano keyboard with 88 velocity-sensitive RH3 Real Weighted Hammer action 3 keys with an acoustic response. For ultimate expression, you can connect a footswitch, damper or expression pedal. This SV-1 version has a marvellous Metallic Red finish.
Authentic sounds
The Korg SV-1 MR-88 has 36 sounds divided over 6 banks. The piano section includes the highly convincing sounds of two grand pianos and an upright model. The electric piano section has samples from the legendary Fender Rhodes as well as a Wurlitzer EP200 and a Yamaha CP80. All of the sounds are extremely realistic. The organ multi-samples are highly accurate too and produce vintage jazz and rock sounds that are fantastic, especially when combined with the renowned characteristic rotary speaker effects.
Simple yet comprehensive
Operating the Korg SV1 is easy and it's possible to save the settings you use most to one of the 8 available preset buttons. The sounds can be adjusted according to your preferences using effects like chorus, reverb, amp modelling, tremolo, vibrato, rotary and equalizer. To edit sounds precisely or save and load new ones (yours, others or Korgs) you can make use of the special edit/librarian software. The Stage Vintage is equipped with XLR and jack outputs, MIDI IN/OUT, USB MIDI, three pedal connectors.
