General

This is one of the most popular sets of headphones out there, made by one of the most trusted audio-giants: the Sennheiser HD 25s. To give them a much deserved touch, this edition come finished with blue ear cushions. The rest of these pro-grade headphones are finished in a classic and contrasting black. The price has been kept just as generously affordable, while no focus has been lost on quality, so the HD 25 headphones have a closed construction designed to limit microphone bleed during studio sessions, and in terms of comfort and sound, you're utterly assured of Sennheiser-grade on both points. Since these headphones pack some volume, they will even please the ears of DJs. The HD 25s are nothing short of a solid, tried-and-tested piece of essential audio gear.

Fantastic bit of kit at a phenomenal price. Live the weight and feel of them, plus the sound quality is superb. Great shopping experience and delivery from Bax too.

Sennheiser HD 25 Blue Headphones

I have two pairs, the HD25 plus and these, I have used many headphones over the years and these cannot be beaten for both on the decks and in the studio. I prefer the coiled cable but these can be modified relatively easily. The only headphone I can put on a near par are the HDJX10 but the HD25's are that bit better for a fraction of the price. They are rugged and tough and spare parts are found cheaply. These are probably the best headphones out there period.

Sennheiser HD 25 Blue Headphones

What can I say, these headphones are used by so many....and for good reason.

Strong and dependable, if you are looking for a pair of cans to gig with, then you may well have found them.

The only thing I would change is the cable, as this is not a coiled cable....but there is the option to buy with a coiled cable HD25 plus.

Reason I didn't do this, was that I needed some quickly and these where a great deal.

Need some cans? Just get them on your head quick.

Sennheiser HD 25 Blue Headphones

I went for these phones on the recommendation of my bandmate who swears by them for everyday listening and for recording/mixing. He also pointed out that all the parts can be replaced pretty cheaply, which is another big plus.

I picked up the limited edition blue edition as they seemed to be considerably cheaper despite apparently having the same specs. Great sound, decent size. Certainly seems like I made a good decision.

Sennheiser HD 25 Blue Headphones
