The Sennheiser HD 26 PRO, a versatile set of headphones with renowned Sennheiser quality at an attractive price. These headphones can be used for various applications, which is why we see them on the heads of DJs, producers and anyone who enjoys flexible headphones with optimal sound reproduction. The HD 26 PROs are equipped with an automatically unfoldable, two-part headband for an ultimate fit and a lot of comfort.
The characteristics of the HD 26 PRO are impressive: with a frequency range of 20 to 18,000 Hz, the frequency range of the human hearing is completely covered with the high-quality sounds that are produced by these headphones. The high sensitivity of 105 dB (1kHz, 1mW) ensures that these headphones process the supplied power efficiently and that you will also to be able to hear the reproduction of your audio source clearly in noisy environments. The HD 26 PRO are equipped with an ActiveGard which protects your hearing against peaks over 105 dB. A nice utility for when you have to listen to something over your headphones for hours at a time (like with broadcasting applications, for instance). This function can be switched off if you need to be able to hear the entire dynamic spectrum (in the studio, for instance).
As said before, the HD 26 PRO are equipped with a two-part, automatically unfoldable headband. This means that the pressures of the headband is spread over the surface of your head for ultimate comfort and a good fit. The headband is made of flexible synthetic materials and equipped with lined pads at the contact areas with your head. The earpads offer enough pressure on the ears to ensure a good seal, but are very comfortable so that they will not be too tight during intensive use. The cable is partially coiled, so that handling noise of the cable is almost completely prevented during your listening session. These Sennheiser HD PRO have tiltable ear cushions for when you want to stay in touch with your surroundings (during DJing, for instance).
